Internal Use Only: This application is intended for authorized HypeLive Studio team members and approved partners only.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HypeLive application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This application is for internal use only by HypeLive Studio and its authorized personnel.
2. Description of Services
HypeLive provides internal tools for:
- Content creation and posting to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Integration with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop)
- Live streaming commerce management
- AI-powered content generation and optimization
- Analytics and performance tracking
3. Authorized Users
Access to this application is restricted to:
- HypeLive Studio employees
- Authorized contractors and partners
- Users explicitly granted access by HypeLive administration
4. OAuth Scopes & Permissions
This application requests the following permissions from third-party platforms:
- TikTok:
video.publish (post content), video.upload (upload for editing)
- Meta/Facebook: Page publishing, Instagram content publishing
- Google: Analytics access, Search Console integration
These permissions are used solely for the purposes described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers
TikTok Disclaimer: TikTok is not responsible for this application. Your use of TikTok's platform through this app is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Meta Disclaimer: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is not responsible for this application. Your use is subject to Meta's Terms of Service.
Google Disclaimer: Google is not responsible for this application. Your use is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
6. User Content & Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring content complies with platform community guidelines
- Obtaining necessary rights for content posted through the app
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- Using the app only for authorized business purposes
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Post content that violates platform policies or laws
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or API restrictions
- Use the app for personal or non-business purposes
- Reverse engineer or copy the application
8. API Rate Limits & Restrictions
This application operates within platform-imposed limits:
- TikTok: 6 requests/minute per user, daily posting caps apply
- Meta: Rate limits per platform guidelines
- Content may be restricted to private viewing until audit approval
9. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability
HypeLive Studio shall not be liable for:
- Third-party platform outages or policy changes
- Content rejection by platforms
- Data loss due to platform API changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
